These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the Garage Reset Guys website and hiring Garage Reset Guys for garage cleanouts, junk removal, dump runs, hauling, and garage reset services. By requesting an estimate, booking service, using our website, texting photos or job details, or allowing our team to begin work, you agree to these terms.

1. Estimates, Pricing, and Scope

Estimates are based on the information, photos, access details, item volume, item weight, labor, travel, disposal fees, and service scope available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may change if the job is larger, heavier, more time-consuming, less accessible, or materially different from what was described. We will make reasonable efforts to explain changes before continuing work.

2. Customer Authorization to Remove and Dispose of Items

You are responsible for clearly identifying which items should be removed, kept, donated, relocated, or left untouched. Once you authorize Garage Reset Guys to remove items, you confirm that you own those items or have legal permission from the owner to have them removed and disposed of.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing before removal, items placed in the removal area, pointed out for removal, or otherwise approved for removal may be hauled away, donated, recycled, transferred to a disposal facility, or discarded. After items leave the service location, Garage Reset Guys may not be able to locate, retrieve, or return them.

3. Items We Cannot Take

We may refuse to remove hazardous, illegal, unsafe, restricted, excessively heavy, or improperly packaged materials. This may include chemicals, paint, fuel, oil, asbestos, medical waste, biological waste, explosives, firearms, ammunition, pressurized tanks, and other regulated materials. If such items are discovered, you remain responsible for proper handling and disposal unless we separately agree to a lawful disposal method.

4. Access, Safety, and Site Conditions

You agree to provide safe, legal access to the service area and to disclose known hazards such as weak flooring, exposed nails, pests, broken glass, unstable piles, water damage, mold, electrical issues, or fragile surfaces. We may pause, reschedule, or decline work if conditions appear unsafe or outside the agreed scope.

5. Accidental Property Damage

Garage Reset Guys will use reasonable care while performing services. However, garage cleanouts and hauling involve moving bulky, dusty, sharp, heavy, or stacked items, and accidental scratches, scuffs, dents, or minor damage can occur. You agree to remove or protect fragile, valuable, sentimental, or easily damaged property before service begins.

If you believe damage occurred because of our work, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion and provide photos, a description of the issue, and any relevant documentation. We will review the claim in good faith. Garage Reset Guys is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, weak or deteriorated materials, hidden conditions, damage caused by items the customer asked us to move, or damage caused by inaccurate instructions.

6. Limits on Liability and Claims

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Garage Reset Guys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-value damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a service visit is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific service visit, unless Texas law requires otherwise.

You agree to contact Garage Reset Guys first and allow a reasonable opportunity to inspect and resolve any concern before starting a lawsuit, chargeback, public claim, or formal dispute. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from using rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Payment, Cancellations, and Missed Appointments

Payment is due when service is completed unless another written arrangement is made. We may require deposits for larger jobs or custom work. Please give reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments, unavailable access, or late cancellations may result in a fee if time, labor, trailer space, or travel was reserved.

8. Photos, Reviews, and Marketing

We may request or take photos to estimate, document, or confirm service work. We will avoid intentionally displaying personal documents, license plates, addresses, faces, or sensitive information in public marketing materials. If you do not want before-and-after photos used for marketing, tell us before service begins.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes. Website content, branding, photos, and text belong to Garage Reset Guys or their respective owners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
